24 Hour “Christmas Jivestream” to Raise Money for Child’s Play

Ben Brown, one of our writers here at GameSpew, has teamed up with a couple of his friends to take part in a 24-hour livestream raising money for gaming charity Child’s Play.

The livestream which started at 12 p.m. GMT will run through to tomorrow afternoon with the guys playing a range of games, drinking and having fun all in the hope of raising money for their chosen cause.

Their target is £100 – let’s help them smash it, and have some fun by joining their stream in the process!

Ben and his friends have a wealth of games lined up to play, including Team Fortress 2, G-Mod, Don’t Starve and Mount & Blade among other things!

You can view their livestream on Twitch, and donate to their cause directly through the Child’s Play website, so you know the money is going to the right place!

Editor in chief // Kim's been into video games since playing Dizzy on her brother's Commodore 64 as a nipper. She'll give just about anything a go, but she's got a particular soft spot for indie adventures. If she's not gaming, she'll be building Lego, reading a thriller, watching something spooky or... asleep. She does love to sleep.
