EA Access: Need for Speed and Unravel Now Free For Subscribers

EA Access is ridiculously good value if you own an Xbox One. If you’re not aware of the service, a monthly or yearly subscription allows you to access the “EA Vault”, a collection of a large chunk of EA’s back catalogue, and download and play the games for free. Joining the already impressive roster today are Need for Speed and Unravel.

EA Access costs just $4.99/£3.99 per month, or $29.99/£19.99 for the year. The amount of value you get for that is staggering.

EA Access members get early access trials of new releases a week before they’re available to buy, as well as access to a library of over 20 games. Other notable games that are available through the service include Dragon Age: Inquisition, Rory McIlroy PGA Tour and Battlefield Hardline.

The newest Need for Speed, released last November, and Unravel, which was only released in February this year, are the latest titles to be added to the service, available for download today.

The next title to be added will be Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare 2, which will be made available to members on 30 August.
