Great news for Xbox One and PC gamers who haven’t yet had a chance to try out Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege: the title is going to be free to play over the course of this weekend.
From today until Sunday 31st July, Ubisoft are making access to Rainbow Six Siege free to Xbox Live Gold subscribers on Xbox One and for all Steam users on PC.
This ties in nicely with the upcoming Operation Skull Rain update, which is set to release next Tuesday, 2 August.
For those that haven’t yet played Rainbow Six Siege, this is a great chance to see what the title offers. When we reviewed the title shortly after its release last December, we said it was “one of the best multiplayer shooters currently available”, giving it a very respectable 8/10. We still stand by that statement too, so if you have access to an Xbox One or PC this weekend, be sure to give the game a go.
