Tales of Berseria demo arrives on Japanese PSN

It might not be due out in the West any time soon, but if you’ve got a Japanese PSN account, you can check out a demo of Tales of Beseria right now.

Tales of Berseria is the 16th main game in the Tales of… franchise. It’s due out in Japan on August 18 for the PS3 and PS4, and to build some hype, Bandai Namco have released a demo on the Japanese PSN store.

If you have a Japanese PSN account, it’s easily accessible to download, and it’s only about 300 MB. Despite that small size the demo is pretty beefy with two scenarios to tackle each with dungeons, full menu options, and six characters to try out.

If you can’t play the demo for Tales of Berseria yourself I have you covered below with some brief impressions. My video and or the demo will have to tide over non-import enthusiasts for now. The game will not ship overseas until 2017 according to Bandai Namco. My guess is same time next year in both the U.S. and Europe. Call it a news sleuth’s hunch.
