If you’re the type of gamer that has to buy the most extravagant version of the games you’re interested in, then Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco are about to make your bank account weep. Enter the Project CARS 2 Ultra Edition.
Priced at an eye-watering £430, the Project CARS 2 Ultra Edition has got to be once of the most priciest special editions of a game yet, though whether it’s worth the money or not is up to you.
Included is a copy of the game (obviously) in a steelbook, a signed poster, a McLaren 720s sketchbook, an individually numbered snapback cap, a 200 page art book, a sticker sheet, the season pass, a Japanese cars DLC pack, and last but not least, a 1/12th scale resin model of the McLaren 720s with exclusive SMS-R stealth satin paint. I’m not including the “Ultra Edition” box because, hey, what else is it going to come in?
Here’s what all that loot looks like:
Set for release sometime later this year alongside the normal version of the game, the Project CARS 2 Ultra Edition is exclusive to Amazon and is available on both PS4 and Xbox One. If you’re rich and are willing to fork out the money to buy it, there’s a handy link to it below. You know, for your convenience.
