Axiom Verge Gets Physical Multiverse Edition, Now Also Coming to Nintendo Switch

Released in 2015, we were rather fond of Tom Happ’s Axiom Verge. We scored it a whopping 9/10, in fact.

If for some reason you haven’t yet played it, or are just very fond of having boxed copies of games, you should be happy to hear that the game is now getting physical, with the announcement of a new Multiverse Edition. Oh, and it’s also coming to Nintendo Switch, which is awesome.

Arriving this August on PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U and Switch, the Axiom Verge: Multiverse Edition includes a copy of the game on either a disc or a cartridge, a deluxe booklet with developer’s commentary and a selection of art, a double-sided poster, an exclusive making-of documentary, and, just for the Switch, a soundtrack CD. Yeah, we’re definitely sold on the Switch version. Axiom Verge‘s music is outstanding.

Check out the announcement trailer below for a taste of what’s to come.
