The Sims 4 Coming to Xbox One Later This Year

It may have been available on PC since what feels like the beginning of time itself, but if you have a penchant for meddling with other people lives, own an Xbox One and haven’t played The Sims 4 yet, you’re in luck.

Thanks to it being given its very own store page on the Microsoft.com website, The Sims 4 for the Xbox One has been outed. Apparently it’s due for release on Friday 17th November, though until there’s an official announcement we’ll take that with a grain of salt.

In all honesty, we can’t imagine it being an Xbox One exclusive – it’s bound to be available on PlayStation 4 too – so don’t worry, later this year you’ll probably be able to have your own harem of virtual friends and family to do with as you please regardless of which console you own. Personally, it doesn’t float my boat – there’s far too much busywork involved – but I know there’ll be many chomping at the bit to get their hands on The Sims 4 on console.

So, if you want to listen to people talking gobbledygook while dating, partying and doing all the other boring stuff that goes with it, look out for The Sims 4 on consoles. Hopefully there’ll be an official announcement from EA soon to give us concrete information of its release.
