Yakuza 6 isn’t the biggest Yakuza game, but it’s still fairly sizeable.
If you’re thinking of picking it up, you’re possibly wondering exactly how big it is though, and we’re happy to give you more of an idea.
How Many Chapters Are There In Yakuza 6?
Yakuza 6‘s story is spread over 12 chapters plus a prologue and an epilogue. Heading straight through the story is likely to take you just under 20 hours, but let’s face it, you’re not likely to do that considering just how much quality side-content the game has.
A little Bit On The Side
Like any Yakuza game, there are a huge number of side activities and mission to complete in Yakuza 6. You can play classic SEGA arcade games, help fight crime, bat some balls and more. You can spend as much time doing these as you want really, but you’re likely to spend at least 10-20 hours on them if you want to complete all the game’s challenges.
Don’t Rush
Being Kiryu’s last adventure, our advice is to take your time with Yakuza 6 and savour it. It’s a much better game when you simply take in the ambience and explore nook and cranny. Dip in and out of the story while engaging in fun activities, developing your clan and simply larking around. We think you’ll enjoy Yakuza 6 much more if you do.
Two Days
Basically then, we reckon you could quite literally spend an entire two days of your life enjoying all that Yakuza 6 has to offer. Those who just want to rush through it and play a minimal amount of side content, however, will probably only lose one day of their life. How will you play it?
