More Splinter Cell Games Are Now Playable on Xbox One

Splinter Cell Blacklist

Craving some stealthy Sam Fisher action? Better get that Xbox One fired up.

Today, both Splinter Cell Blacklist and Splinter Cell Double Agent are joining the Xbox One backwards compatibility list. With Splinter Cell Conviction already being playable on Xbox One, that makes all three of Sam Fisher’s last gen outings playable on the format.

On a standard Xbox One all three games are likely to sport improved performance, but Xbox One X owners will also benefit from enhanced texture filtering. Suffice to say, aside from playing the games on PC, there’s probably no better way to experience them.

Now, with all three games playable on Xbox One, we have to wonder: is a new Splinter Cell game announcement around the corner? We really do hope so. This gen deserves a new Splinter Cell experience
