6Super Monkey Ball

I still have a copy of Super Monkey Ball in my Gamecube collection, but I have absolutely no idea where it came from. I’m sure I inherited from a friend. Who that friend was I have no memory or recollection, but I digress. In Super Monkey Ball, you play as one of four monkeys stuck inside of a clear ball. You as the player control the board that the monkeys roll around on in order to guide them to the goal at the end of the level.

Super Monkey Ball also features a few multiplayer mini-games, which is where I spent the majority of my time. In one mode, you compete against your friend to see who can get the most points by sliding down a large slide, opening your ball like a pair of wings, and slowly guiding your monkey onto the platforms below. Super Monkey Ball was fun not only as a single player title but, when you wanted a break from the difficult levels, you could wind down with its fun mini-games for hours and hours.

Becca knew that she would be addicted to video games for the rest of her life when she saw the first pixelated zombie shambling across her TV screen while playing Resident Evil 3. She particularly enjoys being scared, laughing until she cries, or just plain crying while experiencing games. When she isn't playing games she loves spoiling her cat Usagi and eating any kind of sushi she can find.
