Two more characters have been announced for Soul Calibur VI ahead of its release this October.
Astaroth and Seong Mi-Na will both return in the latest instalment in the series, and they don’t look like they’ve changed too much. For those who are new to the Soul Calibur series (bless you!), Astaroth is a giant demonic golem who you really wouldn’t want to go up against, while Seong Mi-Na looks sweet but she’d definitely take you in a fight. Always.
They join an ever-growing cast of characters that now includes fan favourites such as Voldo, Yoshimitsu, Siegfried, Taki and Sophitia, as well as special guest character Geralt of Rivia. The only new character to be announced up to now is Grøh, a mysterious warrior clad in black.
Soul Calibur VI, or SOULCALIBUR VI as it’s seemingly now stylised, will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC on 19th October. We’ll keep you updated as more characters are unveiled. Until then, check out the announcement trailer for Astaroth and Seong Mi-Na below.
