Dead or Alive 6 Delayed to 1st March

Dead or Alive 6

If you were eager to get your hands on the latest entry into the Dead or Alive series, you’re going to be a little disappointed.

Koei Tecmo has announced that Dead or Alive 6, previously set to arrive on 15th February, will now launch on 1st March. The reason? Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo would like just a bit more time to improve the title’s gameplay and balance.

To be honest, it makes sense to delay Dead or Alive 6 to 1st March. On the 15th February, Far Cry: New Dawn, Metro Exodus and Crackdown 3 all launch. A few days before, Trials Rising is released. On the 19th February, Jump Force enters the fray. Then there’s Anthem on the 22nd. It’s a busy period, and one or more of those games is going to struggle.

So, Dead or Alive 6 will now launch on the much less cluttered 1st March for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Looking forward to it? We are. Fast-paced and a hell of a lot of fun, the Dead or Alive series has kept us very entertained over the years. And we hope it long continues to do so.
