Remember GTFO, the action/horror co-op FPS that was announced at The Game Awards back in 2017?
The truth is that it slipped off our radars a bit, though with it being set for release this spring, we have a feeling we’re going to be seeing a lot more of it over the next month or so. And to kick things off, here’s a behind the scenes documentary about its making.
GTFO is being developed by 10 Chambers Collective, a company formed in 2015. Unsurprisingly, many of its staff previously worked on titles such as Payday: The Heist and Payday 2, which explains the co-op focus. Anyhow, thanks to it looking truly horrifying, it has us interested in how it turns out. Who doesn’t like being scared?
Aimed at a hardcore audience, we’re not quite sure if GTFO will be our cup of tea. Constantly being low on ammo and health may just make things too tense and challenging. Still, we’re excited to see how things pan out, and also intrigued by 10 Chambers Collective’s plan to evolve a story over continuous free updates to the game.
Keen to get your hands on GTFO? You can add it to your Steam wishlist right now. There’s no indication as of yet whether the game will be ported to consoles.
