Soul Fragments have multiple uses in Mortal Kombat 11, but you probably won’t realise it until you’ve explored a fair bit of the game’s Krypt.
Once you’ve found Kenshi’s Headband, Soul Fragments can be used to see into the spirit world, revealing hidden chests and walls for you to break. And then once you’ve found Ermac’s Amulet, they can also be used to rebuild certain parts of the Krypt and obtain rewards from objects that emit a green glow. But how do you get more Soul Fragments.
The answer is by simply playing the game. While you’re likely to gain the majority of your Soul Fragments as rewards in Towers of Time and for completing challenges, you’ll gain a small number every time you win a fight. Basically, you’ll gradually accumulate them as you play.
Keep an eye on the daily challenges every time you log in to play Mortal Kombat 11 just in case one of the rewards is Soul Fragments. You’ll be wanting a lot of them if you want to be able to explore all of the Krypt. It’s going to cost you 2,000 Soul Fragments just to repair the collapsed walkway.
