Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint Has Been Announced

Looking for something new to play? Just ask Tom Clancy.

Ubisoft has announced a new game in the Ghost Recon series, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint.

The game is headed to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on October 4th 2019. Breakpoint will put players back into the shoes of the Ghosts, an Elite US Special Operations Unit stranded behind enemy lines.

Not sure about what to expect? Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint is a first person military shooter set in an open world full of hostile enemies just looking to take you out. You can play the game on your own or in up to four play co-op.

This time around players will explore Auroa, an island where technically advanced facilities meet wild and untamed nature.The Wolves, a lethal ex-US Military unit of former Ghosts have gone rogue and taken over Auroa.

Players will be able to choose among thousands of customization options to create the perfect Ghost for them. The game is already set up with a post-launch content plan with regular updates planned for after the launch.

Ubisoft have already announced the Gold, Ultimate and Wolves Collector’s Editions of the game. The Gold Edition will include the base game and the Year I Pass, The Ultimate Edition will include the base game, the Year I Pass and the Ultimate Pack, The Wolves Collector’s Edition will include the base game, the Year I Pass, the Ultimate Pack, a Ubicollectibles high-end figure of Lt. Colonel Cole D Walker, a Steelbook, exclusive lithographs, Walker’s dog tag, and a waterproof map of Auroa as well as the soundtrack.

Anyone who purchases these three versions of the game will have access to it three days early. Players who pre-order will get access to the Ghost Recon Breakpoint Beta closer to launch, as well as the Sentinel Corp pack which includes exclusive gear.
