Google has announced that ten games will be launching exclusively on Stadia in the first half of 2020, as well as over 120 new titles coming this year in total.
Google made the announcement in a community blog post yesterday, which provided a recap of features added to the Stadia game streaming service since launch, as well as an idea of what to expect in the coming months.
At the moment, Stadia’s only true exclusive is Tequila Works’ horror-puzzle game Gylt; and while Google is promising ten new games that “will only be available on Stadia when they launch”, this implies that some or all of these titles may come to other platforms at a later date. We don’t know what any of these exclusive titles are, or any of the 120 plus games that are meant to be coming to the Stadia over the course of this year, but we are promised more information soon.
Over the next three months, Google will also be working on bringing some new features to Stadia. 4K gaming support on the Web, further assistant functionality, support for more Android devices, and wireless gameplay on the web through the Stadia controller can all be expected soon.
