We thought Rise of the Tomb Raider looked good on Xbox One X, but Shadow of the Tomb Raider blows it out of the water.
With a range of graphical presets that allow you to prioritise framerate, resolution or graphical features, Shadow of the Tomb Raider caters for all gamers. It’s when priority is given to the game’s visuals that it really impresses though, with shadows and special effects being improved along with a boost to the resolution, really bringing the game’s characters and environments to life.
If you like exploring exotic locales, solving puzzles and combating animals and nefarious organisations as you go, you should seriously consider picking Shadow of the Tomb Raider up. Not only is it the best entry in the Tomb Raider reboot trilogy, but it’s also one of the best games to show off your Xbox One X.
