Dungeon Defenders: Awakened Hits Early Access Next Month

Dungeon Defenders: Awakened, a sequel to the hit tower-defence ARPG, will be storming Steam Early Access in late February.

This isn’t just a shabby half-finished product though. On February 21st, players can get access to almost everything that will be available in the full release, with developer Chromatic Games using the Early Access period to gather player feedback and polish the game experience. The full release of Dungeon Defenders: Awakened is scheduled for the second quarter of this year on PC and Nintendo Switch.

With twelve levels, four playable heroes and endless hordes of enemies to fight, you must construct and defend your strongholds from the dark forces of the Old Ones, who seek to rewrite history and reverse the events of the original Dungeon Defenders. Enjoy fast-paced action-RPG style fantasy combat with a unique arsenal of weapons. Play online or locally with friends as you experience an all-new story and multiple game modes.

Check out the new Early Access announcement trailer below, or you can head to the official Dungeon Defenders: Awakened website or Steam Store page for more information.
