How Long Does it Take to Beat Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot?

Dragon Ball Z Kakarot 7

While we’re still making our way through Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, many have seen its credits roll. So you might be wondering: how long does it take to beat it?

Those who have completed Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot indicate that it takes around 40 hours to beat it. We don’t doubt it what with the epic story that it covers. The game also includes a variety of activities to engage in, and has many sub-stories to complete on the side. What it doesn’t have, however, are multiple difficulty levels.

It’s safe to say that you’re going to get at least 30 hours of gameplay out of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot even if you rush through it, but we don’t recommend that you do that. No doubt those who take their time and complete everything that the game has to offer will find themselves playing for way more than 40 hours, too.

So, if you’re picking up the latest game based on the Dragon Ball franchise, expect to get anywhere from about 30 hours to 80 hours of gameplay out of it. For a single-player action RPG, that’s not bad at all.
