Metro Exodus’ Next Major Story DLC Drops in February

Metro Exodus Sam's Story

Hungry for more Metro Exodus content? Sure you are. The good news is you don’t have long to wait.

Deep Silver and 4A Games have revealed that Metro Exodus‘ second major DLC expansion will be called Sam’s Story, and it’s set to be released on 11th February.

In Sam’s Story you’ll take control of a former US Marine called Sam, unsurprisingly. Having worked under Colonel Miller since Moscow was devastated by nuclear war, his dreams of returning to his homeland seemed silly. But with the revelation that there are some cities still left alive, he’s determined to find a way back to the USA.

Described as an expansive ‘sandbox survival’ level, players will need to dig deep and devise cunning tactics to survive the journey. Those that do, however, will experience a gripping new story featuring new characters, weapons and mutant variants.

Sam’s Story will be available on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Stadia on 11th February. It’s included in the Metro Exodus Expansion Pass, which also grants access to The Two Colonels which was released last August.
