Surely we are all very excited for this 2020’s League of Legends World Championship. This year’s event, hosted by Riot Games, will take place in China with 24 top teams from 14 different countries. The prize will be $1 million USD! Unfortunately, the event’s dates are yet to be announced, but we will hear about qualification rounds for League of Legends tournaments soon enough.
4Rocket League Championship

The Rocket League World Championship hosted by Psyonix includes gamers from all around the world. During the final, players compete live and in front of an audience! Stay alert for this year’s dates on the Rocket League homepage.
5BlizzCon 2020

BlizzCon is more than just a tournament; it’s an entire gaming convention based around Blizzard’s franchises. But tournaments are a huge part of it, and have been since 2005. With more than 40,000 expected gamers, during this event you can actually play several games like Overwatch, Starcraft, and more. Attend this event on Friday, November 6 and Saturday, November 7, 2020.

6Overwatch World Cup

The Overwatch World Cup is a major annual esports event organised by Blizzard Entertainment. Overwatch World Cup allows any player from around the globe to participate and qualify for the major event. Only five teams get to the final stage. 7Capcom Cup

In this case, the Capcom Cup is a live esports event with a history from 2013. It is very exclusive with only 16 to 32 players for qualifiers and one big final. You can watch this event on July 4th and 5th 2020, hosted in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
8International Esports Federation World Championships

The major Olympics event for esports is here to dazzle everyone again! Each team represents a country, and games may vary from year to year. The place and date for this year’s edition are yet to be announced.
