Ready for more GRID?
Codemasters has today revealed that GRID Season 3 launches on 15th April for PS4, Xbox One and PC. It will arrive on Stadia shortly after.
Those who buy GRID Season 3 or already have the Ultimate Edition will receive four new cars and a whopping 33 new career events, as well as nine new achievement/trophies and a bucketload of customisation items. You don’t have to buy GRID Season 3 to benefit from it though – all players will receive two cars for free, as well as a track.
Whether you pick up GRID Season 3 or not, from 15th April players will be able to get behind the wheels of the Honda NSX-GT and the Nissan GT-R Racing Car (GT500 Spec), and fling them around the Suzuka Circuit free of charge. That sounds good to us.
Arriving alongside Season 3, substantial changes to Freeplay and Multiplayer modes are also being made. As a result, credit rewards will be increased by up to 10 times their previous amounts. That’s great for those who want to earn money fast.
