Beloved vocaloid Hatsune Miku is finally making her debut on Nintendo Switch next month, with the release of Project DIVA Mega Mix.
Launching on 15th May, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix packs in a whopping 101 songs, spanning the last decade of Hatsune Miku. There are two game modes to choose from: the classic arcade mode, or a new ‘Mix Mode’, which has been created especially for Nintendo Switch.
There’s also the ability to create your own playlists, choosing your favourite tracks from the game’s extensive library. And would it be a Hatsune Miku game if you couldn’t play dress-up by customising Miku’s outfit and hair?
If you want to give Project DIVA Mega Mix a try, there’s a demo available on the Nintendo eShop right now. It’ll let you play through two songs – Romeo and Cinerella and Arifureta Sekai Seifuku – in either of the game’s two modes. The demo will also let you play around with the customisation options.
Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix is launching digitally on Nintendo Switch on 15th May. Pre-orders are available now, and pre-ordering will grant you access to a four-song ‘Theme Song DLC Pack’. More songs is never a bad thing, right?
