Saints Row: The Third Remastered is Coming to PC and Consoles Next Month

Saints Row: The Third has had a complete face lift.

Today, publisher Deep Silver has announced that the third entry in the Saints Row series is getting a full remaster. Nine years after its initial release, Saints Row: The Third is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC with redesigned cars, weapons, city buildings and more.

In Saints Row: The Third you take control of the Saints who live in Steelport, the original city of sin. The Third Street Saints have finally evolved from a simple street gang to a name that everyone knows – even the baddies. A criminal fraternity known as the Syndicate wishes to take down the Saints, and you’re tasked with stopping them.

Not only does the remaster include brand new textures and graphical changes but it also includes fully remastered versions of more than 30 pieces of DLC, including all three mission packs. Both old fans and new will find something to appreciate about this fully revamped version of a beloved game.

Saints Row: The Third Remastered will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC from 22nd May.

Becca knew that she would be addicted to video games for the rest of her life when she saw the first pixelated zombie shambling across her TV screen while playing Resident Evil 3. She particularly enjoys being scared, laughing until she cries, or just plain crying while experiencing games. When she isn't playing games she loves spoiling her cat Usagi and eating any kind of sushi she can find.
