Moonlighter’s Biggest Expansion Yet Heads to Consoles This Month

Lots of brand new content is headed to Moonlighter.

11 bit studios and Digital Sun have announced that the biggest expansion yet for their shop-keeping RPG Moonlighter is making its console debut next week. The expansion, Between Dimensions, will hit Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on 29th May.

What can players expect from this new content? Between Dimensions expands the world of Moonlighter in a big way by opening the gates to an interdimensional dungeon. Players who venture to these dungeons will find creatures, weapons, armour shop items and rings.

Players will also discover new story content. The serenity that Rynoka had so enjoyed didn’t last long as the rumour about the appearance of a strange portal begins spreading through the village. Will, being the brilliant Merchant that he is, decides that a strange portal could mean monsters which could mean sweet, sweet loot.

Along with Between Dimensions, Moonlighter will also get a free update available to all players. As part of this, you can expect new thieves visiting your shop, a new client type, and a bothersome bird that won’t leave your customers alone.

In order to access Between Dimensions, players will have to finish the main game first. So if you haven’t got the chance to master Moonlighter, now is the perfect time. It’ll be available for $6.99 on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
