Scorn Has Been Revealed as an Xbox Series X Exclusive

Scorn (1)

Originally announced way back in 2014, Scorn, the upcoming atmospheric horror game developed by Ebb Software, has been revealed to be Xbox Series X exclusive.

Unveiled during today’s Inside Xbox stream, Scorn will be released exclusively on Xbox Series X during the consoles launch period.

Enveloping players in a strange, claustrophobic underworld, Scorn appears to be very weird indeed. It seems to have been highly inspired by the works of H.R. Giger, with players having to contend with unusual organic lifeforms which drip fluids. A non-linear game, players will have to solve puzzles and overcome challenges as they piece the story together, ultimately apprehending the greater picture.

On the game being Xbox Series X exclusive, Game Director Ljubomir Peklar said “Xbox Series X is an extremely capable piece of hardware that will enable us to run Scorn at 4k 60fps with all the graphical bells and whistles. Ease of development and raw processing power are the primary reasons we chose to go exclusively with Xbox Series X. Players on Series X will experience an uncompromising version of Scorn.”

The Scorn Xbox Series X trailer is available below. Look out for more information being revealed about the game as the launch of the next-gen console looms closer.
