Because there are more important things going on in the world right now, we’re going to have to wait a little while longer to learn more about Cyberpunk 2077.
Announced via the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account, the Night City Wire event which was supposed to take place on 11th June has now been put back to the 25th. It comes after Sony also postponed its PS5 game reveal event, citing that now is not the time for celebration.
Launching this September on PS4, Xbox One and PC, it has been confirmed that Cyberpunk 2077 will support Microsoft’s Smart Delivery system. That means those buying the Xbox One version of the game will also have access to the Xbox Series X version free of charge when it becomes available. A limited edition Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One X console will also soon be released ahead of the game’s launch. It includes a digital code for the game.

We decided to move Night City Wire to Jun 25th. We still look forward to sharing new information about CP’77, but more important discussions are happening right now and we want them to be heard. We wholeheartedly stand against racism, intolerance and violence. Black Lives Matter.
