Horizon Zero Dawn is Coming to PC Next Month

Confirmed in MarchHorizon Zero Dawn is making its way to PC. We’ve now got a release date – and it’s only a few weeks away.

Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition will be coming to Steam on 7th August – just one month away. Previously a PlayStation exclusive title, the Steam version packs the Frozen Wilds expansion, and a range of new weapons and items.

You’ll need a beefy PC to be able to get the most out of Horizon Zero Dawn on PC, however. While the minimum specs are modest (i5 2500K and a GTX 780), the recommended specs ask for quite a bit more:

  • i7-4770K or Ryzen 5 1500X
  • 16GB RAM
  • Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580

It’s a game that excels in the visual department, however, so being able to ramp up graphical settings to max will massively enhance your experience.

If you’re yet to play Aloy’s epic adventure, you’re in for a treat. Pre-orders are now open on Steam, with the game costing £40/$50.
