Deep Silver has recently released a new story trailer for its upcoming title, Windbound. Developed by 5 Lives Studios, it’s an adventure RPG that tells the story of a young woman named Kara. Shipwrecked and alone, you’ll have to use all of your skills to navigate the land and sea, find food and craft tools to help you survive.
The new Mural story trailer, which you can watch below gives players a glimpse into the story of Windbound. Kara is a heroic warrior, journeying across treacherous seas and ancient lands to fulfil her destiny. Adventuring, fighting and surviving, she must show true strength to overcome The Forbidden Island’s challenges.
For those interested in pre-ordering the game, Deep Silver has also announced a number of incentives. If you pre-order on Microsoft Store, Steam or Epic Games Store, you’ll receive Kara’s Ancestral Gear, an extra costume to wear in-game. Nintendo Switch players will also be gifted the Ancestral Gear if they pre-order or purchase within two weeks of the game’s launch. Pre-orders aren’t available on PS4 and Stadia players cannot pre-order the game, but will receive the bonus if they purchase by 10th September.
