Soon, your PS4 or Xbox One will be able to play Crysis. Albeit a remastered version of it. It’ll be available on PC, too, exclusively via the Epic Games Store.

After being delayed from its original release date, Crysis Remastered will now arrive on PS4, Xbox One and PC on 18th September. Co-developed by Saber Interactive, the remaster focuses on the original game’s single-player campaign, and features a number of improvements over the original PC release. The Xbox One X and PS4 Pro versions will even have ray tracing powered by CRYENGINE’s proprietary software-based ray tracing solution.

Of course, it’s the PC version of Crysis Remastered that will really impress when it comes to visuals, however, making use of up to 8K textures, temporal anti-aliasing, screen space directional occlusion, global illumination, and more. Even the particle effects have been updated, and on PC, hardware ray tracing will be available for those with Nvidia RTX graphics cards.

A new trailer for Crysis Remastered, focusing on the tech used to enhance it, is available for you to watch below. When the game launches on 18th September, it will cost £26.99/$29.99.
