Corona virus can’t stop the gaming community from getting together virtually!
Geoff Keighley teased something exciting on his Twitter today. A tweet earlier today stated that Gamescom Opening Night Live will feature over 20 games announcements.
Just two weeks until @gamescom Opening Night Live. We're excited to be doing a LIVE show for you with 20+ games, lots to reveal in the next few weeks! pic.twitter.com/4eNpTxNZxX

Exactly what those announcements will be remains to be seen. It’s unlikely they’ll all be new announcements; we’d expect a mixture of new games and updates on already-announced titles.
We don’t have to wait too much longer to find out though; Gamescom Opening Night Live is just two weeks away.
Although fully digital this year, Gamescom 2020 kicks off on 27th August and runes through to 30th August. There’s a full schedule of streams, presentations and workshops – but it all kicks off with Opening Night Live. The stream starts at 2pm EST/7pm BST on 27th August. We’ll have more news on the event closer to the time.
