Revisit a universe that hasn’t been seen in 19 years.
THQ Nordic and Digital Arrow have announced the release date for their upcoming underwater vehicle shooter game Aquanox Deep Descent. 19 years after the first release of the Aquanox series, this new title has players diving into an Earth that has been flooded. It’s coming to PC on 16th October.
War is still raging between the inhabitants that live under the sea. Earth’s surface is uninhabitable, so underwater was the only place to go. But, unfortunately, resources are scarce. Players will take control of a team of pilots who are attempting to make their way through the harsh underwater environments. Your fellow humans aren’t the only dangers that you’ll come across down there.
The game is a first-person title where players will be able to take control of customisable ships battling with other ships. You’ll control fighter pilots. The pilots can use their torpedoes, mortars, mines and more to try and take out the competition. The game will also feature PVP modes like Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch for those that want to try their luck against their friends or other folks online.
