Little Hope 3 (1)

Can You Play Little Hope in Single-Player Solo Mode?

Being able to play horror games with friends is great if you want some moral support, but chances are you might also want to play something like Little Hope alone.

The second game in Supermassive Games’ The Dark Pictures Anthology, much has been made of Little Hope‘s multiplayer features. So much so, that you might be wondering if it has a single-player mode which you can tackle on your own.

You’ll be happy to hear that the answer is yes: you can play Little Hope solo if you wish. In fact, it might be the best way to play it if you want a truly terrifying experience. Simply boot it up, turn off the lights, and settle in for four hours filled with shocks and scares. Though for best results, wear a pair of headphones, too. It really does add to the immersion.

It is worth checking out the game’s multiplayer features if you get a chance, though. Movie Night mode is great when you have some friends around, allowing you to pass the controller around and discuss which choices you should make. And for those who like to play online, Shared Story mode adds an element of unpredictability into the mix.
