How to See Your Heads-up Display (HUD) in Crash Bandicoot 4

Want to know how many wumpa fruits, boxes and lives you have in Crash Bandicoot 4? You need to display your HUD (heads-up display). Here’s how.

Information about how many boxes you’ve found in a level doesn’t display permanently on your screen in Crash Bandicoot 4, but it can be handy to know. In order to see it – along with how many wumpas you have, and how many lives you have (or have used), you’ll need to bring up your HUD.

To bring up your HUD, press your left trigger (LT on Xbox One, L2 on PS4).

It doesn’t stay permanently on the screen, however, and there’s no way to have it there permanently.

But you can bring up the HUD in Crash Bandicoot 4 whenever you want; it’ll stay visible for a few seconds at a time. Just enough for you to absorb how many boxes you’ve destroyed and how many wumpa fruits you’ve picked up.
