Is Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time Coming to Switch or PC?

Crash Bandicoot 4 2 (1)

A direct follow up to the original Crash Bandicoot trilogy, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time launches on PS4 and Xbox One on 2nd October.

Unlike the myriad of sequels before it, which are now rendered defunct in terms of story, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time retains the series’ iconic gameplay. Players move through corridors up into the screen, and are chased towards the player by hulking monstrosities. In between are challenging 2.5D platforming sections. This the Crash Bandicoot that players know and love.

If you don’t have a PS4 or Xbox One, however, you might be wondering, will the game be available on Switch or PC?

At this moment in time, whether Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time will launch on Switch or PC is unclear. It’s not been announced for either format, but there’s probably nothing stopping it from launching on them at some point. Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy launched on Switch, PC and Xbox One a year after its PS4 counterpart, and so chances are the same will happen here with Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time. It may even come sooner.

So, officially, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time hasn’t been announced for Switch or PC yet. There’s no real reason why it can’t appear on those formats though, so providing it does well on PS4 and Xbox One, which it’s bound to do, we imagine it launching on Switch and/or PC in the next year.
