Looking for a Valentine’s Day gift for the gamer in your life? We’ve got a few ideas.
Valentine’s Day is fast approaching and we know how hard it can be to find the perfect gift for your loved ones. Now, we don’t know the kinds of chocolates or flowers your significant other might like, but if they’re a gamer then we’ve got some pretty cute ideas.
Our list of gifts says, “I love you and I love that you’re a gamer, and this is the facet of your life I choose to theme my gifts on.” It’s perfect. And super romantic if we do say so ourselves. Alternatively, most of these gifts would be great for your close gamer friends as well!
Pikachu with Heart-Shaped Pokéball
A classic gift to give your loved ones on Valentine’s Day is a plushie, and we absolutely love this little Pikachu with its heart-shaped Pokéball. It’s ironic considering the fact that Ash’s Pikachu actually hates being inside his Pokéball, but we’ll overlook that fact for the sake of the list. Pikachu is a cuddly 8” if size matters to you, and sits perfectly while he awaits a loving snuggle from your schnookums.
Player 1 and Player 2 Keychains
A gaming-themed gift perfect for both you and your significant is this pair of adorable gamer keychains. Not only are the keychains engraved with “player 1” and “player 2,” but the shape in the middle of the keychain makes a heart. Aww. It’s a simple, cute gift that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, but might just make it so you find yourself wrapped in an arm and a leg by the end of the night. -wink-
Among Us Plushie
Among Us has been, and still remains, one of the most played games over the last year or so. If you and your loved one have been playing it non-stop, deceiving each other and murdering one another, you might need a nice, calm Valentine’s Day to relax. But that doesn’t mean you can’t grab this Among Us plushie. It’s adorable and kind of perfect for the Among Us lover in your life. Holding a heart that says, “Nothing sus about us,” your pookie might just want to slip into a vent with you if you give them this gift.
-double wink-
Mario Chocolate Tin
Everyone loves getting chocolate on Valentine’s Day. It’s a tradition that’s been engraved into us for as long as we can remember. But what’s better than regular chocolate? Video game-themed chocolate, of course. This Mario tin is a less romantic option if you’re looking for a silly gaming themed Valentine’s Day gift for a friend. Or if your significant other just really loves Mario. That’s fine too.
Gamer Duckies
Not exactly Valentine’s Day themed, but we still couldn’t resist putting these gamer duckies on our list. These adorable rubber duckies have headsets on their heads and game controllers in their adorable little feathered hands. It can be argued that gifting this to your significant other might hint to them that you want to take a romantic bath in the evening. Just grab your gaming duckies, a bottle of bubbly and you’ve got yourself a lovely ending to your Valentine’s Day. –triple wink–
Greeting Cards
A lot of couples don’t exchange gifts for Valentine’s Day because they’d rather go out for a nice dinner instead, or see a movie. In that case, it’s still nice to exchange cards with one another. You can’t go wrong with sending them a little card to say “I love you.” So, we found just a couple of gaming themed Valentine’s Day cards you can grab to put the icing on your Valentine’s Day cake.
