Crash Bandicoot 4 Is Coming To Xbox Series X/S, PS5, Switch and PC

Crash Bandicoot 4 2 (1)

This March 12th, Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is spinning its way onto to current gen consoles as well as the Nintendo Switch and PC.

We say ‘current gen’ consoles but since the Xbox Series X/S and the Playstation 5 seem to be carved from raw unobtanium, chances are most Crash fans are on the PS4 or Xbox One. But if you have got your hands on an Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X or Playstation 5, as of  Crash Bandicoot’s latest adventure will never have looked prettier.

If you already own the Playstation 4 or Xbox One version of Crash Bandicoot 4 (and don’t live in Japan where the offer apparently doesn’t apply), you’ll be able to upgrade to the PS5 and Series S/X versions for free. Crash’s latest adventure is also landing on the PC and Nintendo Switch, so you can take Crash on the go.

We had mixed feelings about this platform-hoping outing, praising its gorgeous-looking levels but criticising its sheer difficulty, concluding that it was best suited to hardcore Crash fans. If that’s you, then March 12th should be a date for your diary. Or, if you want a taster, you can check out the ‘new platforms’ trailer below.
