PlayStation Plus subscribers have yet another cracking month of games ahead of them.
Sony has announced that PlayStation Plus members will be getting the PS4 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake for free this March. We reviewed it last year, and it impressed us so much that we gave it 10/10. Whether you’re a fan of the original game or not, it’s definitely worth checking out. Though there’s is one important thing to note – those who download it won’t be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for free when it launches this June. Still, it looks and plays great on PS5 without any enhancements.
Alongside Final Fantasy VII Remake, Remnant: From the Ashes is also being offered to PlayStation Plus subscribers. A third-person action-RPG that shines when played in co-op, it’s another game that’s definitely worth adding to your download list. Be warned though, it can be tough at times. If you want to know more, you can read our review of the game.
And that’s not all. For those who own a PSVR headset, Farpoint is being included in this months PS Plus offerings. We think it’s one of the best PSVR games you can play right now, so you’d be mad to not give it a go.
Last but not least, those expecting to pick up PS5s in the coming weeks will he happy to hear that Destruction All-Stars will remain on the service for another month. And new for PS Plus members is Maquette, a new first-person puzzle game. Needless to say, if you’re lucky enough to have a PS5, you should add them to your library pronto.
All of these PS Plus games will become available to members on 2nd March, and will run until 5th April. If you haven’t claimed February’s PS Plus games yet, you’ve still got a few more days, so be sure to grab them.
