Forza Horizon 4, once a Microsoft Store exclusive has shifted gear and will soon be driving onto the Steam Store.
Forza Horizon 4 is the eleventh entry in the Forza series, an open world car game that has you roaring around Britain’s Lake District, participating in races and scaring sheep. It launched on the PC and Xbox One but, up until now, PC players could only get it through the Microsoft Store.
That’s all set to change and Forza Horizon 4 will, as of March 9th, be available from the Steam Store. So should you buy it? Absolutely. We gave it a phenonmal 10/10, and even if you’ve got no interest in racing, just driving around the Lake District is an absolute joy.
Even better, you can purchase Trackmania and Lego packs which inject a huge dose of silliness into the game. On top of which, there’s a Hot Wheels pack in the wings and, while we’re sure Forza Horizon 5 is in the garage, there’s a robust but optional online component which Microsoft and Playground (creators of the game) are still actively supporting.
So, if you’ve been steering clear of the Microsoft store, come March 9th you’ll have no excuse; don your driving gloves, shove some Kendal Mint Cake in your face and get ready to race.
