House Flipper’s latest piece of downloadable content is going to add pets to the game. After all, what’s a home without a pet?
The correct answer is, in fact, “a home where you don’t have to worry about stepping off the bottom step into something unpleasant and squishy”. But if you’re craving a virtual pet, House Flipper’s new DLC should satisfy your desire for fur babies, letting you put them in the homes you remodel.
You’ll have to wait a while, however, as the DLC isn’t due until early 2022. However, aside from inserting cats, dogs, bunnies and other cute animals into the house-renovation sim it will also add 10 new jobs, 150 new items and 10 ranch houses.
If you’ve not played House Flipper before, it’s well worth diving into. It’s an entertainingly sedate game that sees you purchasing and repairing old (and often ruined) houses before turning them into something you’d be proud to move your mum into. It’s also quite cathartic if you just like smashing things up.
You can wish list House Flipper Pets right now. It’s due for a 2022 release on PC but you can expect it to make its way to consoles at a later date.
