PlatinumGames’ Babylon’s Fall is Making its Way to PS5

Babylon's Fall

At Square Enix’s 2021 E3 showcase we got a good look at PlatinumGames’ Babylon’s Fall, and it was revealed that it’s also coming to PS5.

The unique looking co-op action game will allow up to four players to team up and battle alongside each other. It’ll be useful doing so, too, as with some teammates by your side overcoming the epic Tower of Babylon should be more manageable. What might also help, however, is the fact that each player can equip up to four weapons at once.

That’s right, weapons can be equipped in each hand, while a contraption of player’s back, called a Gideon Coffin, allows a further two weapons to be equipped. Needless to say, combat should be a blast, especially given PlatinumGames’ pedigree.

Those interested in Babylon’s Fall should keep their eyes peeled for a series of upcoming beta tests occurring before the game’s release. No release date has been given yet, but it’s set to launch on PS4, PS5 and PC.

Until then, check out the developer interview and trailer below for more information and a sneak peek at the game.
