Want your Sims to live a quaint countryside life? Now they can, with The Sims 4: Cottage Living, coming to PC and consoles in July.
Forget the hustle and bustle of the city, and settle your Sims into a picturesque country village. Swap your tiles for a thatched roof, and get down and dirty with farmyard animals. Honestly, it looks delightful, and this is exactly what we wish our real lives could be.
Set in the of-course fictional but no less idyllic village of Henford-on-Bagley, The Sims 4: Cottage Living will gives players lots of new ways to interact with their sims. There’s a close-knit community to become part of, local village markets to visit, and farming to get involved in. You can even grow your own produce in your garden and use it to prepare your own meals.
Lots of exhilarating activities await your sims, too. Fancy picking up a new hobby of cross-stitching? Well you can. Or maybe you’d prefer to relax in the local pub, The Gnome’s Arms. That’s fine too – the locals will be pleased to welcome you.
If you purchase the expansion pack before 2nd September, you’ll be rewarded with three bonus items: Rideable Scenic Commuting Bicycle, “Onward” The Adventurous Gnome Statue, and Bramblewood’s DeLIGHTful Tree.
Watch the trailer below, and look out for Cottage Living releasing on PC and consoles on 22nd July.
