Amazon Prime Members Can Claim Eight Free Games in August

Did you know: if you’re an Amazon Prime customer, you can claim a number of free games every month?

Maybe you’re already making the most of it, and if so – good for you! But we feel like not many Amazon Prime members realise some of the additional perks. Sure, next-day delivery is great, but a handful of usually-excellent games are also up for grabs every month. Simply head over to gaming.amazon.com to claim them, and they’re yours to keep.

From 2nd August, eight new games will be ready for you to claim. They are as follows:

  • Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
  • Metamorphosis
  • A Normal Lost Phone
  • Another Lost Phone: Laura’s Story
  • Planet Alpha
  • Secret Files: Tunguska
  • Lost Horizon 2
  • Battlefield V

That’s a lot of games. And some excellent titles. Indiana Jones is, of course, a classic LucasArts adventure, and Planet Alpha is a little-known but truly beautiful side-scrolling adventure in space. You can read our review of it here. Fun fact: it’s a game so beautiful that my desktop wallpaper has been a Planet Alpha screenshot since its release in 2018. We’ve also previously reviewed A Normal Lost Phone, praising its concept and excellent story.

Alongside full free games, every month there’s a bucketload of content for some of the most popular games of the moment. In August, Prime members will be able to claim free content for Genshin Impact, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout, Rainbow Six Siege and more.

Be sure to head to gaming.amazon.com to claim your goodies.

You’ve still time to claim last month’s games, too. You’ve got until 2nd August to claim Portal Dogs, RAD, The Secret of Monkey Island, Automachef, Batman – The Enemy Within, The Wandered: Frankenstein’s Creature and Tales of the Neon Sea. There’s also Battlefield 1 to be claimed before 4th August.
