How to Beat Betty the Yeti in Death’s Door

Death's Door 2 (1)

As you’re nearing the end of your adventure in Death’s Door, you’ll come up against an adorable looking Yeti called Betty.

Don’t let Betty the Yeti’s cute appearance fool you – she’s one of the tougher bosses in Death’s Door. Learn her attacks, though, and she goes down just like the rest.

In the first stage of the fight against Betty the Yeti, she’ll repeatedly jump towards you and slam the ground. Keep dodging her while getting a couple of hits in where possible. Just don’t get greedy. If you’re using daggers, you can perform a dodge attack to move away and then back at here, which is useful. After jumping around for a while, she’ll roll into a ball and charge at you three times. Make sure you keep your distance and roll to one side to avoid her – after the third roll she’ll stop, so get in close and gets some hits in.

After taking a certain amount of damage, Betty the Yeti will introduce some new attacks for you to avoid. One of them is throwing a snowball at you – make sure you dodge to the side rather than towards or away from it to avoid taking damage. She’ll also occasionally pound the ground, making snowballs fall from the ceiling. Do your best to avoid them by looking for their shadows on the ground. In between all these new attacks, keep on avoiding her jumps towards you, getting hits in when you can. She’ll also still roll at you sometimes, too, though now faster. Avoid all three rolls, then get in close to get some good hits in.

Needless to say, there’s quite a lot going on by the end of your fight against Betty the Yeti. Keep your wits about you, however, and you’ll succeed.
