Ender Lilies, a gothic action RPG that casts you as a dying land’s last hope, has received a chunk of new features.
These new features, which include extra game modes, are aimed at people who’ve already completed the game and either want an extra challenge or just a different one. You can check out our review of Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights (to give it its full title) but we’re definitely up for diving back into the game.
The new modes are:
- Maligned Memories Mode. This is a boss rush mode where you can face off against Ender Lillies’ mega-foes without having to replay the whole game.
- Blighted Memories Mode. This isn’t so much a game mode as it is a movie player, allowing you to replay the gorgeously gloomy cutscenes.
- Blightborn Mode. This allows you to mess around with in-game parameters and set up new challenges for yourself.
- New Game + Mode. Finally, this mode lets you replay the game with all the abilities and relics from your original run, taking on tougher foes.
These new features available right now if you own the PC version of Ender Lilies and should be patched in the next time you launch the game online. Consoles are also getting these extra modes but you’ll have to wait a little longer for them to be added.
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights is available on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
