When you first start playing Aliens: Fireteam Elite, you’ll find that you have four marine classes available to you: Gunner, Demolisher, Technician, and Doc.
If you play with others, however, you might see some playing as a Recon class. Visit the storekeeper, and you’ll find hints of the existence of the Recon class there, too. So, you might be wondering, just how do you unlock the Recon class in Aliens: Fireteam Elite?
The answer is quite simple: to unlock the Recon Class in Aliens: Fireteam Elite you need to beat all four of the game’s campaigns on any difficulty level. Do that, and not only will you unlock the Recon class, but you’ll also unlock Horde mode and two additional difficulty levels: Extreme and Insane. Cool, huh?
The Recon class is quite good, too. Their passive perk increases their accuracy and stability by 10% after getting two headshot within ten seconds, and can stack up to three times. Then they have a skill called PUPS, which reveals nearby enemies to the entire team, and lowers their damage by 20% for a short while.
Their most useful skill, however, is Support Drone, which replenishes the ammo of those nearby when deployed, as well as increasing their accuracy and stability. It even grants a small amount of healing whenever they kill a target. Needless to say, you might want a Recon class marine in your team.
