Like pretty much all Yakuza games, and Judgment, Lost Judgment has a meaty story to play through and plenty of side content to engage in.
A much improved sequel, if you’re thinking of picking up Lost Judgment, or have already started playing it, you might be wondering how long it takes to beat it. As ever, the answer isn’t simple.
If you simply make your way through Lost Judgment‘s story on a difficulty that doesn’t cause you to get stuck at any point, you’re likely to beat it in around twenty hours. But some will want to engage in some side content, and there’s a hell of a lot of it.
With over 50 side cases to complete, as well as challenges, school stories and activities, it could take some up to 100 hours to see and do everything Lost Judgment has to offer. Those who want to get all of the game’s achievements or trophies will even need to complete the story twice thanks to beating the game on the unlockable Legend difficulty being a requirement for one, adding even more playtime.
So, put aside at least twenty hours for Lost Judgment. But you could end up playing it for one hundred hours or more.
