A PlayStation State of Play Has Been Announced for Next Wednesday

State of Play Oct 2021 (1)

PlayStation gamers – you might want to clear up a bit of time in your hectic schedules for this upcoming Wednesday, as a State of Play has been announced.

With an expected running time of around 20 minutes, the next PlayStation State of Play event will focus on announcements and updates for upcoming third-party releases for PS4 and PS5. So, don’t expect to see or hear anything about, let’s say, Gran Turismo 7 or God of War Ragnarok.

As for what we will see and hear at the event, we honestly have no idea. But we’re excited to find out. Some of next year’s biggest third-party releases include Dying Light 2, Forespoken, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Saints Row, and a whole lot more. Perhaps we could see some of those. The post announcing the state of Play on the PlayStation Blog, however, also says there will be some new reveals.

The October 27th State of Play will be broadcast on both Twitch and Youtube, as usual, and it kicks off at 2:00pm PT / 10:00pm BST. So, it might be keeping some Brits up a little later past their bedtime. In any case, we’ll be watching. Will you?
