Watch 35 Minutes of Sherlock Holmes Chapter One Gameplay Today

Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One

Are you looking forward to the upcoming Sherlock Holmes Chapter One game? Then we’ve got some good news.

No, developers Frogwares haven’t announced any Creepy Watson content but, later today, you’ll be able to watch 35 minutes of narrated Sherlock Holmes Chapter One gameplay. The stream will focus on one quest in particular, with Holmes attempting to solve a mystery in the Mediterranean. However will he cope without Watson?

True, Holmes he does have a friend called “Jon” who, apparently, isn’t Watson – our money’s on him turning into Moriarty – but Chapter One follows the famous detective’s earlier adventures. It’s also the first Sherlock Holmes game to be published by Frogwares themselves. Given they’re taking legal action against publisher Nacon over the rights to The Sinking City, we can well understand that.

The stream is set to take place today, November 10th, at 10PM BST, 8PM CET/ 11AM EST / 2PM PST on the Sherlock Homes Chapter One Steam page. In the mean time you can check out a new trailer for the game or read about our hands-on experience with the game, which left us impressed.

Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One is coming to PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 on 16th November. PS4 and Xbox One versions will follow.

Pre-orders are open now on SteamGOGEpic and Microsoft Store, and those who pre-order will receive Sherlock Holmes: Crimes & Punishments, along with bonus in-game content, for free.

Weekend Editor // Chris has been gaming since the days of the Acorn Electron, which was allegedly purchased to 'help him with his homework'. You can probably guess how well that went. He’ll tackle most genres – football titles aside – though he has a taste for games that that are post-apocalyptic, horror-oriented or thought provoking in nature.
