Wondering how to heal an operator and restore their health in Rainbow Six Extraction? Read on.
There are two instances when you’ll need to restore health in Rainbow Six Extraction. The first is when you’re actually out on a mission, and your operator takes damage. The second is after you’ve finished a mission. If your operator has been badly hurt, they’ll be out of action for a while until they’re healed. So: how do you heal your operators?
The short answer is, unfortunately, there’s no quick way to permanently heal. Rainbow Six Extraction has been designed so that you can’t feasibly use the same operator again and again. Sometimes, you’re going to have to let your favourite rest while you complete some missions with another.
While out on a mission, you can’t permanently heal your operator. You can find health kits dotted around the area, but these only temporarily boost your health. That boost will slowly trickle down until you’re back to a critical state. It’s better than nothing, though, and it’s sometimes all you need. The operator Doc has a special ability that allows him to boost his health, and certain pieces of React tech will allow others to, too.
Outside of missions, your injured operators will heal as you earn XP. The more experience you earn, the more health points your operators will restore. So, keep playing missions and successfully extracting, and your operators will soon be back to full health.
